Together they form the basis for the work of the artist, who was born in Frankfurt in 1976 and now lives in Paris and Berlin. In her preoccupation with space and time, she refers to the art traditions of the Sixties; at the same time, she reconsiders questions of contextual art, expanding this into an unmistakable sculptural form fraught with sensuality. In recent years, Katinka Bock&#8217;s work has appeared repeatedly in international group exhibitions.
